Bazooka Joe defeats University of Delaware's Joey Silver to retain gold at Right Coast Pro Wrestling

Image
It was the finale of the night as 225+ people are on their feet screaming for Joey Silver in the Championship match against reigning Heavyweight Champion Bazooka Joe.   Never before has +Right Coast Pro had such an enthusiastic and energetic crowd at this point in the show!  Silver surely shines for this crowd!   Bazooka Joes championship reign consists of all opponents drawn out of a basket.  With Silver being drawn the first opponent, the crowd really got behind the much smaller, less experienced underdog in the race.  Silver put up a valiant fight, took all the hard punches and kicks and got back up almost every time.  Silver surprised Bazooka Joe with a few good moves, his quickness and agility.  In the end, Silvers fight just angered the Champ more.  Silver attempted a top rope maneuver, only to find himself caught in Bazooka Joes finishing O3.  AAahhh, it was such a good fight, but Silver didn’t get the Go...

Image
Bazooka Joe did what no other on the RCP Roster could, to date, and defeat King Mega for the RCP Pro Wrestling Heavyweight Championship at +Right Coast Pro ’s RCP-X Pro Wrestling’s Sold Out, Standing Room Only Event on January 18 in Newark Delaware. It was one of the hardest hitting, intense matches ever witnessed in RCP to date. A fight that left both competitors bruised, battered and the loose cannon known as Bazooka Joe with Gold around his waist. However, in his arrogance Bazooka Joe boldly posted that he was a Transparent Champion and would fight any one for the title. He also made a statement that for all he cared CEO Mister Crister could randomly draw a name from a hat. Well, Mister Crister is not one to be bullied and made it happen by adding a stipulation to Bazooka Joe’s Title reign that All his opponents would be drawn at random. A basket was brought out, names thrown in a hat and Mister Crister even allowed Bazooka Joe to draw his next opponent. The name ...

In a 15 Minute Beat the Clock Match where the winner is the one with the most pinfalls at the end of the time limit.   The excitement for this match was incredible, drawing in such Delaware Legends as Jim Kettner, Joel Oresky, A-Lister Andrew Ryker, and Philadelphia Radio Personality and Legendary Chick Magnet Brian Soscia as well as RCP Developmental Head Trainer Mozart Fontaine, Billy Bax and JJ Johnston, to witness the graduation of RCP Developmental’s first Class.   The two RCP Developmental rookies put on what many consider the match of the night. It was a highly dramatic show of one up-man-ship.  Each competitor would mirror the other’s moves, continually escalating as time slowly winded down. University of Delaware’s Joey Silver took an early lead with 2 pins to none before Delaware Tech’s Colton Quest made ...
